  • Paddock with built in Row Barn with run in shed with 12x12 matted stalls and tack/feed room storage off of each stall

  •  Row barns are filled with streams of natural lighting

  • Full electricity, multiple outlets, outside perimeter lights, and individual lighting for each stall and storage room

  • Sliding stall doors into run in shed, close-able window to the outside of stall, sliding door access from stalls to tack/feed room space

  • New 4 board fencing

  • Paddock equipped water trough and hand activated water line

  • Outdoor riding arena currently under construction, coming June 2021
